home! The old boxcar where they once lived is now a playhouse in their
backyard.
One night, Benny sees a strange light in the boxcar, and the
children begin to find clues to the boxcar's past. Could something that
happened long ago be haunting the boxcar now?

GUEST REVIEWER - Matthew B - Age 10
I gave this book a 4 star rating because I like this
series. I like this series because it
has good mysteries and it is funny sometimes too.
I also enjoyed this book because I liked the
characters. The characters in this book
were Henry, Jessie, Violet and Benny.
Benny was my favorite character because he was funny. One time Benny
snuck cookies that Mrs. MgGregor baked for them, and I like to do that too.
I enjoyed reading this book because I like a good
mystery. In this book the kids start to
believe that the boxcar was haunted. I
kept reading to the ends because I wanted to find out if it really was.
If you like the Magic Tree House series, you will also like
this book.
Rating: 4/5 Stars
Look at you, Matt!!! You're a real blogger like your mom. I like how you explained yourself so clearly. My favorite part is when you added a little about yourself...The fact that you sneak cookies, too.(smile) Outstanding job, Matt. I'll read your blogs anytime :) Double thumbs up! Ms. Carroll
